Mobius: Android Bluetooth Disconnected Troubleshooting
Overview
For Android users on Mobius encountering any type of Bluetooth or BLE disconnected message, you will need to clear your Bluetooth cache. To do this, follow the steps below.
Steps:
- Open your Device Settings and Enable Bluetooth (BLE)
- Select Apps
- Select display system apps (swiping left/right may be needed or try selecting the menu button)
- Select Bluetooth from the list then Storage
- Select Clear Cache
- Once the Cache has been cleared successfully, restart your device
- Power cycle your Mobius controlled devices
- Open the Mobius app
