Is the Mobius app asking you to enter the PIN number for your device?
If you have accidentally created a pin number or forgot the Pin number you can reset the device to resolve the issue. Please be aware you will lose any current settings you have.
From here you can swipe left, over the tank name. This will allow you to delete it.
Once the tank or tanks have been deleted you can now perform button resets on each of your devices.
To reset your VorTech or Vectra pumps, please follow the steps below:
1) With the controller powered on, press and hold the "Mode" and Set" buttons until the dial blinks Red, White, and Blue.
2) Press and hold the "Mode" button until the dial blinks Red and Purple.
3) Press and hold the "Mode" and "Power/Option" buttons until the pump powers off and resets.
To reset your Radion please use the steps below:
1. Press and hold the center button until the unit flashes red white and blue
2. Press and hold all 3 buttons until the buttons flash red and purple
3. Press and hold the outer 2 buttons until the Radion resets
To reset the Versa please use the steps below:
You will need a pin or a paper clip as there is a small reset port on the back of the Versa.
Versa Single Head:
1. Locate the reset port adjacent to the power cable port
2. Using your reset instrument depress the reset button until the indicator LED begins flashing red
3. Release the reset button and allow several seconds for the reset to complete
Base Station:
1. Locate the reset button on the Base Station
2. Tap the reset button twice
3. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds then release
Once the device has been reset you can now add them back into Mobius. To do this select the "+" and then create your new tank or you can choose an existing aquarium. If you have selected create a new tank please choose a tank name then select the devices you want to add to that group.
