Fan Fault
If you are receiving a Fan fault Error this lets us know that there is an issue with the fan. It can be some sort of obstruction or that the fan failed. We would first recommend using a compressed air can to clean out the fan. After cleaning the fan we would then recommend using the steps below to see if the fan does turn on.
1. Power on all of your Mobius controlled devices (If they aren't already)
2. Open the Mobius app
3. Go to "Settings" by selecting the (...) on the top right corner of the app.
4. Go to "Advanced" and select "Fan Shutdown"
5. Tap on the device that is showing the Fan fault error and this will cause the fan to run 24/7 and will allow us to see if the fan is working or not.
If you determine the fan is not operating it is likely a bad fan. We do have replacement fans available on our part store, you may also reference the links below. You may also send reach out to our service team to see if the product is under warranty (1 - year from the date of purchase). If it is out of the warranty period you can also send the product in for service for further testing/diagnosis
