Acceleration Error
If you are receiving an Acceleration Error with your Versa you can follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Remove the Versa from Your Tank
- Open the Mobius app.
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
- Select Devices.
- Swipe left on the Versa with the error and delete it from the tank.
Step 2: Reset Your Versa
Versa Single Head Reset
- Locate the reset port next to the power cable port.
- Using a reset instrument, press and hold the reset button until the indicator LED begins flashing red.
- Release the button and wait several seconds for the reset to complete.
Base Station Reset
- Locate the reset button on the Base Station.
- Tap the reset button twice.
- Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, then release.
Step 3: Reconnect and Calibrate
- Add the Versa back to your tank in the Mobius app.
