Versa max Dose Rate
You may see a "Versa max Dose Rate Exceeded" error if the pump attempts to run faster than the max dose rate, which would be 200ml per minute. This can happen due to catchup being enabled, that feature allows the pump to make up for any missed dosages by quickly completing dosages that might have been missed due to a power outage. We would recommend the following steps to address this issue:
1. Power Cycle the Versa (unplug and plug back in)
2. Open the Mobius app and select your desired tank
3. Select "..." then choose "Settings"
4. Select "Time" Select "Set to Current Time"
5. Select "Settings" then choose "Troubleshooting"
6. Select " Verify settings"
7. Calibrate the Versa

If the steps above did not resolve the issue you can also perform a factory reset.
We would first recommend removing the device from the app.
1. Open the Mobius app while the device is powered on
2. Go to settings by selecting the (...) on the top right corner
3. Select devices and choose the Versa by tapping on it
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select remove from tank
5. Follow the reset steps below
To reset the Versa, you will need a pin or a paper clip as there is a small reset port on the back of the Versa. Following the steps below will allow you to reset your Versa.
Versa Single Head:
1. Locate the reset port adjacent to the power cable port
2. Using your reset instrument depress the reset button until the indicator LED begins flashing red
3. Release the reset button and allow several seconds for the reset to complete
Base Station:
1. Locate the reset button on the Base Station
2. Tap the reset button twice
3. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds then release
