Versa: Maintenance Recommendations
Overview
The tubing used in a peristaltic pump is a wearable part.
Important: Tubing life will vary with application however tubing should be replaced periodically to prevent fatigue and failure that may result in leaking and or damage to the Versa.
Lubricating rollers and tubing will extend tubing life and ensure the best performance of your Versa pump.
EcoTech recommends the following maintenance intervals.
Lubrication every 3000 gallons or 6 months whichever comes sooner. The Versa and tubing are lubricated at manufacture. Please retain the supplemental lubricant packet for future maintenance lubrication. Be sure to inspect tubing for excessive wear or cracking before lubricating.
Tube replacement every 6000 gallons or 12 months whichever comes sooner.
