Overview

A factory reset will remove any schedule data or programming assigned to a Versa pump.  In order to factory reset a Versa, a paper clip or pin is required to depress the reset button.  Any Versa connected to the Base Station does not require a reset instrument.  Below you will find factory reset instructions for a single head Versa and Base Station. 

VX-1 Reset Steps:

1. Locate the reset pinhole on the backside of the Versa, found adjacent to the power port
2. Using your reset Instrument press and hold the reset button
3. Once the LED indicator begins flashing red, release the reset button

VX-4 Reset Steps:

1. Locate the Reset button on the Base Station
2. Tap the reset button 2 times
3. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds 
4. Allow 10-15 seconds for the factory reset to complete
