Overview

The video tutorial and step-by-step instructions below will walk you through an RF Module replacement on VorTech and Vectra Controllers.  This video is specific to QuietDrive style Controllers and should be used when upgrading to a Mobius style RF Module.

Steps:

1. Disconnect the main power cord from the Controller
2. Remove the 3 screws from the backside of the Controller casing
3. Slide off the knob
4. Separate the 2 halves of the casing
5. Remove the cable from the corresponding Controller notch
6. Remove the motherboard from the casing
7. Remove the RF Module from the motherboard
8. Install the new RF Module on the motherboard (carefully align pins before depressing) 
9. Install the motherboard in the Controller casing (align screw holes and cable notch)
10. Assemble the Controller casing and hand tighten screws
11. Install knob and power on the Controller (W in the upper right corner will illuminate if installed properly)
