Overview

For VorTech owners using a Battery Backup, you have the ability to test your battery's health.  The Battery Backup's typical life span is 3-5 years, and we recommend performing regular battery checks.  To perform a battery health check using your VorTech Controller, follow the steps below.   

Steps:

1. Remove the power cable from your VorTech
2. Remove the power cable from your Battery Backup
3. Look at your controller as it will now display how much charge is remaining.
