VorTech Controller is flashing Red/Green?
Overview
A flashing Red/Green light on your VorTech controller indicates a stall error. To troubleshoot, please follow the steps below:
1. Disconnect your VorTech controller from power
2. Remove the wetside from your aquarium
3. Power on the VorTech controller without the wetside attached
4. Determine if the issue persists, and follow the appropriate steps below
Error resolved after removing wetside:
This indicates the wetside is causing the stall error and will require a full disassembly and cleaning. To begin, please reference the following wetside disassembly tutorials then follow the steps below:

1. Soak all wetside components in a 50/50 hot water and vinegar solution
2. Allow a full hour to soak
3. Using a soft bristol toothbrush and cloth, remove any excess dirt or debris
4. Reassemble the wetside and install in your aquarium
5. Carefully align your wet and drysides then power on VorTech controller at the lowest speed
6. Allow several minutes and make subtle alignment adjustments before resuming normal speed/mode
Red/Green flashing persists:
