ReefLink: Offline Mode in ESL
Overview
In the unlikely event you encounter "Offline Mode" after logging into your ESL account, please follow the steps below. Keep in mind, this is only for users who have a ReefLink configured on their EcoSmart Live account.
Steps:
- Disconnect the ReefLink and all other EcoTech Devices from power for 30 seconds
- Using Google Chrome or Safari as your web browser, please visit www.ecosmartlive.com from your computer
- Select the "Devices" tab
- Select "Refresh Devices" and "Done"
- Once the LED ring is Blue on your ReefLink, you are reconnected.
