When encountering "Offline Mode" in ESL, please follow the steps below. Keep in mind, this is only for users who have a ReefLink.
- Disconnect the ReefLink and all other EcoTech Devices from power for 30 seconds
- Using Google Chrome from your computer, go to www.ecosmartlive.com
- Select the "Devices" tab
- Select "Refresh Devices" and "Done"
- Once the LED ring is Blue on your ReefLink, you are reconnected.
