I bought a used Radion and my ReefLink can't find it?
Overview
Any Radion purchased used will be connected to the previous owner's account. This prevents your "new to you" Radion from being found wirelessly via the ReefLink. To troubleshoot, please follow the steps below.
Steps:
- Sign in to www.ecosmartlive.com from your computer using Google Chrome or Safari as your web browser
- Select the "Devices" tab (Top left corner of your screen)
- Select "Add Devices via USB"
- Power on the Radion
- Connect your Radion via USB to the back of your ReefLink (Do not connect USB to your computer)
- Follow the onscreen prompts to reset/add that device to your ESL account
