EcoSmart Live is not accepting my password?
Overview
If EcoSmart Live is not accepting your password or you're receiving an error when trying to sign in, your EcoSmart Live account likely is not activated. To activate your account, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Steps:
- Open your email and check for an ESL activation email, please also check your junk/spam folder
- Confirm your account via the activation email
- Go to www.EcoSmartlive.com using Google Chrome or Safari as your web browser
- Enter your ESL email and password (The password is case sensitive)
- If you are still unable to sign in, select the "Forgot Password" option
