I bought a used Radion and my ReefLink can't find it?

Any Radion purchased used will still be connected to the previous owner's account.  This prevents your "new to you" Radion from being found wirelessly via the ReefLink.  To troubleshoot, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign into www.ecosmartlive.com from your computer using Google Chrome or Safari
  2. Select the "Devices" tab (Top left corner of your screen)
  3. Select "Add Devices via USB" 
  4. Connect your Radion via USB to the back of your ReefLink
  5. Follow the onscreen prompts to reset/add that device to your ESL account
