Mobius Authorization
If you are getting a "waiting for authorization" error message after creating a new account you will need to go to your email's inbox and or spam/junk folder to activate the account. You should see an email from "Mobius". From there click on the link to activate your Mobius account. After activating your account you will just need to re-enter your credentials. If you have gone through these steps and still having issues please reach out to our customer service team so they can re-send a new link to your email address. Alternatively, you can try using a different email address to see if that helps resolve the issue.
