Radion is Flashing Red/Green
This error is typically related to the driver on the unit. However, there are a few things you may want to check.
Fan:
XR30G1- G4 fans should be running constantly. If the fan is not operating that is likely the issue. We would recommend you review the video below to see how to clean the fan properly.
Radion G1-G4 Fan cleaning procedure
If you have cleaned the fan and it is still not operating we do sell replacement fans on our part store.
Replacement Fans for G3 and G4 models
For G5 and G6 Radions, you can open the Mobius app and then select the 3- dots (...) on the top right corner of the app. From there go to "settings". Select "Devices" and click on your Radion. Scroll down to Fan Shutdown. If you "Disable" this option it will cause your fan to operate constantly. If the fan still is not turning on you may need a replacement fan. We also have these available in our part store.
Power Supply:
If the fan is operating we would recommend checking your power supply. It should have a solid green or blue indicator light on it. If it is flickering please unplug the light from the power supply. Leave the power supply connected to the wall outlet. If the indicator light changes to a solid color then there is a hardware issue with the light and we would recommend contacting our customer service team to see how to proceed.
If the indicator light continues to flash or there is no indicator light then it is likely an issue with the power supply. If you have another Radion (same model/gen) you can verify this by flip-flopping power supplies.

If the power supply is good and the fan is operating but the Radion is still flashing red/green we would recommend reaching out to our customer service team to see how to proceed. If the Radion is older than 1 year from the date of purchase and you are located within the United States you can send the product in for service. To proceed with sending the unit in for service please visit http://ecotechmarine.com/support/request-service/ and fill out our Return Materials Authorization form to receive the necessary email and other information you need to send your product in for service. We do not charge for our time, just the parts used. Our technician will reach out to you with a quote once the item has been received and diagnosed.
