Overview

If the driver (controller) is flashing red/green this is what we refer to as a stall error. It lets us know something is going on with the motor. We recommend following the steps below to fully resolve the issue you are having.

Vectra Cleaning Procedure

If you have a Vectra L1 or L2 and are still experiencing the stall error we would then recommend cleaning the cooling loop. (The Vectra S1/S2, M1/M2 do not have a cooling loop).

You would need to re-open the Volute by removing the 4 screws. Then remove the impeller. 
You will notice a small hole on the motor, behind where the impeller sits (please reference the attached picture). 
Please use an air compress to clear the hole. We recommend not facing the motor as some sludge can blow out of the motor when using the air compressor.
