In the event of a time change, you may need to update your EcoSmart Live account depending on several factors. That said, following the steps below will resolve any time issues with your account.
- Sign into EcoSmart Live from your computer using Google Chrome as your web browser
- Open and run the Connection Manager then connect to a single Radion via USB (ReefLink users please skip this step)
- Click on the time displayed at the top of your screen
- Select the "Automatic" button then "Set"
- Finally, select the "Program Aquarium" button to save your changes
If the time continues to display incorrect, please select the "Menu" button and verify you have selected the correct Timezone.
