I need to send a Radion in for service?

If you have a Radion that you think may require service, please follow the steps below:

  1. Check the indicator light/buttons for an error state
  2. Test this Radion with a different Radion power supply (if possible) to confirm which component is causing the issue 
  3. Remove any additional accessories.  Example: Hanging kits, RMS parts, and diffusers
  4. Please visit: fill out all required fields
  5. Check your email for a confirmation and proceed with having that unit shipped

 Keep in mind, this is an optional service for U.S based customers.  You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and you may choose your preferred carrier.  We recommend you pack the Radion carefully to avoid shipping damage and use a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
