ReefLink: Connection Troubleshooting

A ReefLink with a blue LED ring will indicate it is connected and working.  If you encounter a situation in which the LED ring is any color(s) other then solid blue, please follow the steps below:


  1. Power down the ReefLink for 30 seconds then plug back in
  2. Power down all other EcoTech devices for 30 seconds then plug back in
  3. Sign into from your computer using either Google Chrome or Safari as your web browser
  4. Select the 'Devices" tab (top left of your screen)
  5. Now select the "Refresh Devices" button
  6. Once the page reloads, all devices should now be connected
