Why is the time incorrect in my EcoSmart Live account?

If the time is displayed incorrectly in EcoSmart Live, the incorrect time zone may be selected under your settings.  To check your time zone setting, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign into EcoSmart Live using a supported browser
2. Select the "Menu" button
3. Make sure you have the correct time zone selected once the page loads

If you have the correct Time Zone selected, but the time is still displaying incorrectly in EcoSmart Live, please try the steps below:

1. Click on the time displayed at the top of EcoSmart Live
2. Select the "Automatic" button then "Set"
3. The time will then update on your EcoSmart Live account
4. Select the "Program Aquarium" button to save changes
